JAPMED’ 12

From July 17 to July 20, 2023, the the Twelfth Japanese-Mediterranean Workshop on Applied Electromagnetic Engineering for Magnetic, Superconducting, Multifunctional and Nanomaterials (JAPMED’12) was held at the Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, Batumi, Georgia. The JAPMED’12 was dedicated to LYDIA, the beloved Granddaughter of the Founder of the JAPMED conferences Academician Professor Dr-Ing. Dr.h.c. Prof.h.c. A.C. Mamalis.

Aleksandre Vanishvili, a researcher of the Laboratory of Polymer Composites and High-Tech Materials of the Department of Explosive Materials Expertise, Explosion Protection Structures and High-Tech Composites of the Institute, who presented a Poster "Development and characteristics of Metal-Polymer Laminates". At the conference, the works performed within the framework of the applied research grant project funded by the Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia (project title: production of multifunctional metal-polymer laminate with high mechanical characteristics and determination of technological parameters - #AR-22-1445) were presented to the scientific community.

The joint work of Georgian Technical University, G. Tsulukidze Mining Institute and F. Tavadze Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science "F. Tavadze Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science" (Authors: N. Chikhradze, D. Tsverava, M. Chikhradze, G. Janikashvili) at the oral session.
