The first meeting of High Academic Council of the World Academy of Mining Sciences

The first meeting of High Academic Council of the World Academy of Mining Sciences took place at the G.Tsulukidze Mining Institute,  from April 27 to 30, 2023. Distinguished scholars and experts from various countries including Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Belarus, Germany, Mongolia, and Russia participated in the event.

The council deliberated on amendments to the charter and conducted a vote on the proposed changes.

During the meeting, the Mining Institute gained membership into the Academy of Mining Sciences, which is essential for fostering future productive collaboration with the World Academy and its fellow members.
